No. You don’t have to pay to become a member.
This section has a catalog of the city’s best vendors ranging from stores and pubs to spas and schools. It also gives a brief overview and contact details of each, while allowing you to rate and review the same.
What are Hot Deals?
Hot Deals list out the discounts and offers running in the city. You could even Set Alerts to be notified about relevant deals as an SMS or via e-mail.
MetroMela lists out the movies that are currently running in various theaters in the metro, while linking you to portals that have photo galleries, trailers and reviews.
Is there a search
option available across the site?
Yes. You could search for any vendor, review, guide, movie or deal. You could also narrow down the search based on location or parameters that define a specific sub-category. For instance, you could search by cuisine in the case of restaurants or board in the case of schools.
My Account helps you to update your profile and specify interests based on which we can send you information on discounts and offers running in the city. It can also be used to invite others to the site. You could also keep track of the alerts that you have set apart from the reviews and guides that you have added as Favorites. Through My Account, you can also check out the activity that you have done so far on the site and redeem points on those.
How do I accumulate

MetroMela rewards you for participation. So you accumulate points on activities that you do on the site. Once the points reach a certain level, you can redeem those for a gift.
